Originally published as The Forrester Sisters a few years back, in 2019 we decided to rewrite it to remove some typos and add some to the story line. Because it’s advised to assign a new ISBN when a book has undergone extensive editing, we changed the ISBN along with the cover and gave the book a new title: A Mother’s Memories.

Izzy Forrester, the widow of Pastor Bud Forrester, shares her life with Bud and her children with her friend at an assisted living center. To Izzy’s surprise, her children, grown at the time, lead lives the likes of which couldn’t come to grips with because of the differences in their lives. Two of her children served in the Marines, each of them pursuing separate branches of the American armed services. Two of her daughters were in the corporate world, one a sales manager for some global company while the other one worked as a long-haul trucker. Each child made their way back to their Mother in their time and their approach.
